IRON RESURFACING PROCESS
Iron Roof Waterblasting.
Like any great event preparation is the key. Your roof will be carefully cleaned to remove all the moss, lichen and dirt build up from over the years. This will be safely achieved using pressure washing techniques that will leave your roof bone clean and sterile ready for the coating process. At this stage your guttering will be cleaned with paths, driveways and decks washed of all roof debri. Once pressure cleaned, the next stage of preparation is to replace loose nailing, seal flashings and treat or replace corroded roofing. Once the repairs have been completed the roof is ready for coatings
Iron Roof Masking.
Areas that will remain unpainted will be masked before the coatings process to ensure an excellent clean finish.
